1999

“Mir Upakovki CJSC” was established. The first technology mastered by the company was Extrusion Blow Moulding for manufacturing canisters and bottles.

2000

A method of injection moulding was brought to a commercial level mainly to produce closures for completing canisters and bottles.

2001

The purchase of production areas of about 7 000 square meters in Sertolovo, Leningrad region.

2002

The company moved from the rented facilities to its own premises. On this new working area the thin-walled buckets and containers with the covers began to be produced.

2003

Purchase of additional warehouse and production areas in Sertolovo. The company implemented the decoration technology using dry offset.

2004

“Mir Upakovki” started using in-mould labeling (IML) technology in the production process.

2006

The set up of the second plant in Krasnoyarsk. February 12, 2007, the first bucket was produced at the company’s new factory in Krasnoyarsk. The construction and launch of this new modern factory, which allowed us to manufacture high quality plastic packing, was truly a great contribution to the industry development in Siberia region.

2007

Commissioning of the warehouse complex containing 13 000 palette places took place.

Today the “Mir Upakovki” company is represented by a amicable team of professionals and owns more than 20 000 square meters of production and warehouse areas, and uses the newest industrial equipment. Our machine pool includes injection-moulding machines (by Husky, Demag Ergotech and Engel) and the blown extrusion moulding machines (by Bekum and Kautex). To manufacture our products we use the moulds made by the world leading manufacturers in Europe, USA and Canada.

“Mir Upakovki CJSC” has worked out and introduced a quality management system in compliance with the ISO9001 and GOST R ISO 9001 requirements, which can be proved by the Certificates of Conformity.
